Living and working in Norrköping Municipality should be simple. To help make it so, we’re opening Contact Centre on July 2. You can contact us whenever you have questions, whether large or small.

Maybe you want to know how to apply for home help services? Or how to enrol your child at a preschool? Or perhaps there’s a pothole that needs fixing?

For those of you that have recently arrived in Sweden, we have help for you and your children that go to school. It is important that you enroll your children in school as soon as you come to Norrköping. ​

We listen, take in feedback and ideas and guide you in your enquiries.If possible, we aim to answer your questions immediately. If we can’t, we’ll direct you to someone who can.
